At Focused Integrated Training, you’ll get fit in a positive environment where your coaches and peers will challenge and inspire you to push the boundaries of what you think you can achieve. As a FIT member, the world is your gym. We take advantage of the area’s weather, natural environment and many athletic events to take fitness beyond the sweaty confines of a gym and out into the community. Our members participate in local runs and hike in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Mission Peak, and other scenic spots. We love to mix things up for fun and fitness. Our programming includes:

Regular group classes and group and individual training sessions take place at a variety of neighborhood and business locations in San Jose and Silicon Valley and are punctuated with hikes, runs, races and special holiday friends and family workouts. Post Turkey Day Burn it Off Boot Camp
Burn off those Thanksgiving calories with our annual Post Turkey Day Boot Camp. This is a free event that we sponsor to promote health, fitness, outdoor fun and community spirit. Bring out your inner athlete
We believe that everyone can be an athlete with the right training and encouragement. We train all of our members as athletes – whether you’re 23 and fresh off your college soccer team or haven’t been in a gym in a decade. That means helping you optimize the way you move with exercises that improve balance, flexibility, stamina and range of motion. No matter what level you’re at today, you’ll be warmly welcomed to the group and your trainer will modify the exercises for your current fitness level and gently push you to do more as you are ready. There’s only one big secret to staying fit: consistency. We find that personal support and attention makes all the difference, and when you’re part of our community, we’ll celebrate your successes when you reach a personal goal such as completing a race or hitting your goal weight, we’ll encourage you through rough patches and if we don’t see you for a while we’ll get in touch to find out how we can help you get back on track.
